Consequently,should we accuse the last one for the feed-in of greed of powerful countries ?They have responsibility , it can than to have, the persons that make science of new type, that is to say with its father Newton, which form of science ordains force on natural, but also the historical world, that is to say the society.The same science, as energy, disposal and aim neither has neither does not have responsibility, because it is moral neutral .Science and ethics they do not have no absolutely problem to be together.If we were forced today to place the question for her neutrality , being in danger same it strays in the street for the research of the genuine,the beautiful,the good, it is because the cluster of the primary or false information of media, interests of national states and the industrial growth have not been governed in no moral frame.For this reason the human community should place on actuarial baluster between the clean science from a side and in the geopolitics, the common opinion and the applied science from the other, luminous beacons that would give red or green light case by case: promote the real education , to give big attention in the broadness of thought and the versatility of spirit, to strengthen the faith in the moral deontology, to ensure the approach of categories of frame, overall and complicate.In few reasons we owe to teach the scientist with arm the education that he is not a tool that is come out in the service of states, but a autonomous existence that serves the humanity.The battle consequently should not to be given against the powerful persons of our planet- they will cease exist-but to renew the faith in the soul of man.And in order to speak with the mouth of Papanoutsos(a Greek philosopher ) “the person has responsibility not only for those which it acts, but for what, firstly for what, sometimes he omitted to act”. Salvation by the responsibility in the moral beings as is the man doesn't exist.In any point of column if we found ourselves we should -children and adults-to accept our responsibilities.
